Two double or one king size bed - $204 per night (including taxes and fees)
Up to four people can share a room with no extra cost.
*Rooms will be
booked by conference coordinator if registration is received by
September 23.
*Room payment
is not due until day of check-in if registration is received by
September 23.

Retail rate as determined by hotel upon availability.

need to be booked directly with the hotel by the individual if registration is

due the day of booking if registration is received after September 23.
Room payment options
Upon arrival, each person will need to present a credit or debit card covering their portion of
the room cost if sharing a room or for the total cost if not sharing a room.
Credit card – number taken with a hold
for the amount until check out when charge is
completed
Debit card – immediately charges the amount with an
additional $50 hold to be reimbursed
some days after final
charge is completed
Cash - $200 security deposit required to
cover room cost
